Sourcing
Traceable single-origin lots from Kenya, Colombia, Ethiopia and beyond. Selected for flavour clarity and seasonal consistency — with enough of a story that your team can actually tell it.
Roasting
Roasted on a Loring Smart Roaster — precise, clean, repeatable. Every profile is developed and locked before it goes to a wholesale partner. No batch-to-batch surprises.
Quality Control
Every roast is cupped before it ships. Coffee peaks at 10–14 days post-roast — we time dispatch accordingly. We run the same lots in our own café, so we catch anything before you do.
Packaging
Sealed in an oxygen-free environment immediately after roasting. Longer shelf life, no compromise on freshness — important when coffee is crossing borders.

HonestAboutLogistics
Cyprus is an island, and shipping costs reflect that. We ship via Cyprus Post — typically the most economical option — with delivery times of 2–3 weeks to most EU destinations and the US.
We dispatch immediately after roasting, timed to arrive at peak flavour. Expedited options are available on request.
If you work with your own freight forwarder, we're happy to drop off at their office. Shipping costs are calculated manually — get in touch and we'll work it out together.

I started in coffee as a barista, then moved into roasting, then into sourcing green coffee directly from producers. That's over twenty years across every part of the supply chain.
In 2023 I moved to Cyprus and opened WAGMI — a café and roastery in the centre of Limassol. I roast on a Loring because the equipment matters. I source directly because I want to know what I'm putting in the bag.
